Training Programme on Water Budget

 A Training program on Water Budgeting was carried out at Hottal Ta. Degloor on 14 th  October.   Mr. Vaijanath Bombale apprised the farmers in respect of the amount of water stored in the village due to the water conservation work and also pointed out that still a large amount of water is flowing away from the village. He also guided the farmer’s producer company at Hottal on how to avail the benefits of schemes like Custom Hiring Center and Drip Irrigation for their farmers. On this occasion, Dr. Nihal Mulla informed about the diseases that cause due to monsoon to animals and the possible remedies for them. Shri. Vasant Ravangaonkar, Project Officer, Watershed Development Program informed them about the various water conservation works done in the village.

Training Programme on Clean Milk Production

  Dr. Nihal conducted a Training Programme on 17 th  October for creating awareness about preventive measures for zoonotic disease in humans and animals through milk. During the program, the importance of clean milk production, steps to obtain clean milk, GMP, and demonstration of proper milking methods were discussed. After the session, informative videos were also shown and explained to farmers. There were 27  Dairy farmers who participated in the program.
